The main service of Lotus Green Data Centers is to provide a pre-development for data center builders seeking for sustainable energy. Our main objetive reducing the time and approvals a data center needs to be established. Our full-spectrum of a pre-development project is to provide a gateway to customers and interconnection to markets across the globe with hybrid cloud solutions and single-point orchestration of the world’s leading service providers. This also aplies for energy producers seeking to owning a private power plant, or build their facilities in one of our portfolios. The same applies for miners seeking to own and establish their data center for mining bitcoin, and other digital currencies.
Is Lotus Green Data Centers an operator?
No, we are simply delivering a Ready To Build (RTB) stage land with permits, and approvals to support data center operations in the designated area. Our pre-development facilitates the initial processes prior to build a data center. We don't install servers, neither any operational system to establish a data center. However, we can provide a hosting model in leasing model for those unlikely willing to put capital towards owning, or building a data center. We suggest a low cost business model utilizing containers to store the machines, as it can also be time efficient compared to the development of a data center.
How Lotus Green Data Centers differs from others?
We aim to provide a rapid-response from the early stage development to the latest, reducing the amount of time regular companies take to conduct a pre or post development of a data center.
